Asked between sets.
Short answers to the questions that come up most. Anything else: support@huzo.app.
Is Huzo free?
Yes. Everything is free during the launch: insights, the weekly report, recap cards, and Health Connect sync included. Guest mode trains on-device for a day; a free account keeps your history. A paid tier for long-term analysis may come later.
When does the iOS app land?
It is in progress. Until it ships, the web app installs on iPhone from the browser as a PWA and covers the full tracker, offline included.
Is it only for barbell training?
No. The library covers 136 exercises: barbells and machines, bodyweight, Pilates, yoga, and mobility. If it trains a muscle, it fits the plan-and-log model.
What are the coaching hints?
Lift safety compares your logged load against your history and health profile, then warns before a set that is near your best or past a sensible ceiling. You set the sensitivity.
Who sees my workouts?
You do, by default. Every activity has its own audience: public, followers only, or private. Posting to the Crew is opt-in, and guest mode never leaves your device.
What happens to my data?
Your progress is yours. Export or delete your account any time, check-ins never record where you are, and guest mode never leaves the device. Sharing only happens if you opt in.
Does it work with Health Connect?
On Android, yes. Workouts and body weight sync to Health Connect, and steps, water, and calories get their own home-screen widgets.
Do I need an account to try it?
No. Guest mode gives you a full day of training with plans, sets, and the body map. Create an account when you want it to stick.
