Plain-language terms for using Huzo: what you can expect from us, what we expect from you, and who owns what.

These terms govern your use of Huzo. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Effective September 26, 2026.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA, or the age required by your country’s law) to create an account. Guest mode is device-local, expires 24 hours after your last visit, and carries the same rules.

Not medical advice

Huzo is a fitness tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and nothing in it is a substitute for professional medical guidance. Consult a qualified health professional before starting any exercise program. Use the app, its plans, and its measurements at your own risk.

Your account

Keep your credentials safe; you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, or impersonate other athletes;
  • post illegal, hateful, sexual, or violent content;
  • post content you do not have the rights to, including photos;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
  • use the app to promote or sell products without permission.

Your content

You own the posts, photos, plans, and measurements you create. To operate the service you grant us a limited, worldwide license to store and display your content as you direct: publicly when you post with Public visibility, only to you when Private. Making content public means other signed-in users can see it. You can delete your posts at any time.

Content from others; reporting

You may encounter content from other athletes that you dislike. Report posts or profiles you believe violate these terms, via the contact below; we review reports and remove content or accounts that breach these terms, and may suspend repeat offenders. We provide block and reporting controls for your safety.

Third-party services

The app relies on Supabase (hosting, authentication) and Google (sign in with Google). Their use of data is governed by our privacy policy and their own terms. The app is provided over the internet; we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or your statutory consumer rights.

Governing law; grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of business, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence. For users in India, grievances under the IT Rules 2021 and the DPDP Act 2023 go to the contact below and are acknowledged within 72 hours.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are surfaced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
